Nominations «Symphonic music»

106 symphonic works were sent to the competition in 2018. Applications came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg, Barnaul, Voronezh, Kazan, Krasnodar, Kemerovo, Kirov, Ufa, Ulan-Ude, Ulyanovsk, Nizhnekamsk, Khabarovsk and many other cities and regions of Russia. And also from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Spain, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, USA, Uzbekistan, France, Czech Republic. As a result 6 symphonic works were chosen for the 3rd round. The third and final round of the competition took place on October 15 in the Grand Hall of the St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic. Six compositions after rigorous selection of the first and second rounds were performed by the State Academic Symphony Orchestra, conductor Alexander TITOV. Soloists: Alexandra KOROBKINA (violin), Alexander Danilevsky (violin), Leonid BARANOV (violin), Vladimir KIRASIROV (reader), Sergey LEONOV (bass profundo), Sofia NIKOLSKAYA (soprano).
